Little boy is growing up!

I had the pleasure of meeting Cy’s parents last year when Amanda was still pregnant.  I love the journey I get to experience when a family takes me along with them through pregnancy and into their new baby’s life.  Cy is 10 months old already and before you know it, he’ll have his driver’s license.  Here’s a recap of this family:

Ben + Amanda

Ben and Amanda are the type of people you just want to hang out with.  And if you don’t, then you’re most likely the problem, not them. :)  They are super chill, super giving and sweet and hilarious.  As are their families and it was my pleasure to get to spend the day with two people who have become more than “just clients” – they are our friends, thankfully.  Here are a few favorites.  Perhaps more to come as I haven’t even touched the reception pics yet – I just had to get some photos up!

A few favorites from the awesome shoot with Tim.   His mom was my piano teacher when I was but a child, growing up in Portales, NM.  I love it when life comes full circle and you get all “growed up” and get opportunities like this.  I really enjoyed hanging out with this “kid” – he’s going to go far :)
