Actually, it’s Friday bread, but Matt makes it on Thursday nights. Our house fills with that unmatched scent of bread baking every Thursday night around 11p.m. He makes two loaves – one to keep and one to take in to work. So every Friday, the people at his work get homemade bread. And he tries something new every week. I’ve been documenting the last few weeks, wanting to keep better record of each bread he does. So here is a catch-up post and in the future, I will post every Friday on the previous night’s bread.
