Tyanne and Garrett – the wedding

Tyanne and Garrett had arguably one of the most beautiful weddings all year.  A lot of brides want their ceremonies to be right at sunset, and I have rarely seen it work out.  The sun is either too bright or almost gone or there are no clouds in the sky so there isn’t really a sunset.  But for this wedding, the clouds were STUNNING and it had threatened rain all day so that meant glorious colors and the sun reflecting off the moisture in the air (think Cali and Alex’s after ceremony shots)

Allison and Chris

This gorgeous couple came into my life via Jerrie and Dean’s wedding. Allison was the maid of honor and at the reception, I noticed how unbelievably adorable she was being with this guy. So I passed by and casually said, “you HAVE to call me when you get engaged!” Nothing thinking much of it, as I often spot the “soon to be’s” at weddings and lock in on them like a vulture. Later during the reception, Chris took me aside and said, “so what about this engagement thing you said?” :) Later, I passed him my last card all ninja style and here we are today!

We did the engagement session in Dallas at the place Allison and Chris had their first date – the awesome Flying Saucer. After that, we finished up around Chris’s neighborhood. I loved hanging out with them – I only wish we all lived closer so we could rock out on World Tour together. :) Here are my top 5 – check out my facebook fan page for 15 more!

Ashley’s Bridals

Ashley and Chad are getting married in October.  They are the couple that took me to the edge of a cliff for their engagement shoot.  We did Ashley’s bridals last Friday and utilized Tech campus in ways I haven’t before.  Here are some of my favorites:

in 5th place we have Amber’s brother slicing the air in an apathetic ninja sort of way

in 4th place we have Ashley and her bro giving attitude till the bitter end (the recep was over)

in 3rd place we see Kyle … well, I’m not sure.  But it’s awesome

2nd Place – Amber and Nate’s form is impeccable
