Had a great time in Portales last weekend and got to meet the newest Chandler, Jake. He is a sweetie and just a week and a half old in these pictures! So crazy how something can be so new. Imagine how freaked out you’d be if you’d only been on earth for one week. Insane!

Krystal and Jason are getting married soon! How soon you ask? March 20! They like to live on the edge. I loved their shoot – getting to hang out with two of the coolest people in Lubbock and I can’t wait to shoot their wedding. Here are my top 10 because we did so many different places, I couldn’t narrow it down to just 5.

Veronica

Veronica is having her first baby in just a few weeks!  We had a beautiful day to go out and have fun shooting last Thursday and these are my five favorites from the shoot:

 

 

 
this one was not set up in any way and I didn’t even realize the big A was there in the background until much later.  Her baby boy will be named Alexander – that’s the cool/creepy part! Even the placement of the A is perfect.  Yay!

such a pretty mom-to-be!  And not to mention, a total blast to hang out with!  I felt like I knew Veronica and we just met for the first time at the shoot!  Alexander is one lucky kid, that’s for sure!  Congrats, Veronica and I hope your hubby likes these shots!

Grace is 3! (months)

I got to hang out with a tu-tu’ed little girl last week and she just about stole my heart.  It’s amazing how much she is changing with each month – I can only imagine how Ashley and Danny feel!  Today I took pictures over to Ashley’s and in only 3 days, Grace had lost some of her fat cheeked-ness.  Amazing! Here are my favorite 5.

Unofficial Fun with GRACE!

I like it when I can just go hang out with my dear friend, Ashley and not feel like I have to set up a shoot but I can still bring my camera like I would to any friend’s house if this weren’t my “real job.” Because don’t we take pictures of our friends’ babies whether we are professionals or not?
